Intellectual Property
All materials on the iCode Technologies website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of iCode Technologies or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content on the website without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use the iCode Technologies website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You agree not to use the website to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users’ access to the website. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Licensing
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement, iCode Technologies, LLC., (“iCode”) grant to Customers, (“Customer”) a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the specific iCode Programmer Pack™ Curriculum and classroom development for which Customer has paid the required license fee with the purchase of a Programmer Pack™ product which allows for the use of one individual person. This person may use on any computer or mobile device but may not duplicate or share with any other person or persons unless a Department/Team or Corporate License is purchased. A Single User License must be purchased with every person who wishes to use the Programmer Pack™ Curriculum within the same household, organization, school, or enterprise. Customers who fail to comply with these license terms will be liable for a Corporate License fee, and legal action may be pursued.
Payment and Refund Policies
All prices on the iCode Technologies website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before any products or services are delivered. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We offer refunds for products and services purchased on the website within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can access on the iCode Technologies website.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold iCode Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your use of the website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. In no event shall iCode Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any products or services purchased through the website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
