These arrived today and I was eager to try them immediately because of all the 1-star reviews. I am new Tello owner and very much still in the learning phase. Flying indoors and lots of crashes into walls, ceiling and furniture. Props fly off easily, which I sort of think is a good thing. I want to be prepared for the inevitable lost props. Already happened once. A common complaint with these seems to be they are difficult to get off, which sounds appealing at the moment: fewer instances of the props flying off when I hit an obstacle. I tried a set just to see how they would perform in action. Using the tool that came with the Tello, I didn’t encounter any significant issues putting the props on or taking them off. My flying skills are still so poor that I don’t think I would be able to detect a change in flight characteristics unless it was major. So, so far, so good. I’m going to work with them a lot over the next few days. If they have to be returned, better soon than later.Jerry

These are a perfect replacement for the Tello drone. I like all the color choices! it’s so much cheaper to get these than the OEM Tello propellers. It’s cheaper to get these 7 sets of propellers than it is to get a single set of Tello brand blades. They’re only $4 if you buy directly from Tello, but shipping made it almost double the price! Slightly cheaper on Amazon for one set, but still more expensive than these. Get these instead! They are more difficult to take off than the OEM props, but in my opinion this is actually a good thing. The Tello brand ones kept flying off for me. I was using teflon tape to get them to stay on well. You do have to be more careful when taking these one’s off, but if you use the prop removal tool, or something similar to push the prop away from the motor instead of pulling on the motor, I don’t see how you could damage anything.I did have a blade break on two separate crashes, so maybe they aren’t as strong as the OEM props. I had an unrelated issue with the Tello drone not flying stable, and was crashing more frequently though, so it may just be a coincidence. After reflashing the firmware, it started flying normally again and I haven’t had any issues after multiple flights. The reason I had to buy more blades in the first place is because I kept having the OEM ones pop off and get lost in the grass. So, even if these are less durable, at this price point and for how good they stay on, they’re still completely worth purchasing.

I’m fairly new to the Tello and flying drones, so I tend to crash more often than most people. The stock props always seem to come off really easily, so I decided to try these. The cost of these props is pretty low, but if you crash a lot, be prepared to break a lot of them. I also found them really difficult to remove from the motors, even using the removal tool.

These blades snap in half fairly easily as compared to the original blades from Tello. If you never crash, then you don’t have anything to worry about. But if you are just learning, you might go through a whole set of the blades fairly quickly. Good thing is, they are cheap and you get lots of them!!! These are stiffer than the original, maybe made from cheaper plastic – so that could be the reason why they snap in half so easily.I’ve gone through 3 blades in less than an 30 minutes, and the original blades survived fine. The photo shows the original black ones on the right. They usually break off at the tips when they finally break.I wish they came in all red instead of assorted colors. Because after you break two, you have to open a new pack of a different color – you get 4 blades per pack – a front and a back for each side – the blades are directional, so you have to pay attention to the direction of each blade when you replace them.As a final thought. When I run out of them, I’ll probably buy more until I’m a pro at flying my Tello. Then, I’ll probably invest in the best blades I can find. Thanks for reading this! Have fun flying!!!

Was what I expected and on time.Price alone is tolerable. Combined price w/S&H high for small lightweight plastic. All things considered I would’ve driven to local stores rather than order online given the option.

Was very excited to jump on a great price for so many replacement props, but quickly became frustrated when my Tello would fail to take air. (Before you jump to conclusions, yes I did calibrate the IMU and checked numerous times that the right props were on the correct motors) I started using the grey set and then the yellow, and both would cause the drone to not stay in the air (would temporarily lift off, sometime leaning before dropping the foot to the ground). On the third set (red) I was able to get it up in the air. I haven’t swapped out again, but frustrated that two sets of props are no balanced enough to allow the drone to allow flight.

The product was received exactly as advertised and delivered as promised. Tello drone propellers are made to break so it’s a good idea to have a supply in stock. The propellers purchased were very inexpensive and snap on easily. If I have one complaint, there are two styles of propellers and they look similar until closely examined. I had to search YouTube and the Tello website to determine which propellers attach to which rotors. It would be nice if the package ordered had a small diagram showing the placement. I attached the propellers randomly when received and the drone would not lift. After doing a little research, I found I only had to switch a couple propellers on the correct rotors and then it lifted just like new.

Fits drone motor without slipping on shaft and fun to be able to change colors.

Good replacement for broken propellers. A little harder to put on as the hole is smaller than the standard propellers. They also seem to be a little more brittle than stock. Overall, good value for the product.

Mixed results, when i put 4 yellow propellers my tello can’t take off, a few inches and it lands again. It does fly if i just have 1 yellow and 3 original.I tried different colors and the dark ones seem ok. Not sure exactly what’s wrong, maybe they bend a bit more. I tried 2 yellow (diagonal) the tello files but keeps does not hover on the spot, it keeps moving. So well for the price i did not have super high expectations but a bit hoped for better results.
